You are cordially invited to participate in the 10th International Symposium on Educational Technology (ISET 2024) to be held in University of Macau, Macao SAR, China from 29 July to 1 August 2024.
Broadly covering instructional technology, information and communication technology for educational purposes, educational technology aims to enhance learning effectiveness and enrich learning experience through the effective and innovative use of technology. In the last couple of years, technology-mediated learning has become part of the new normal after the COVID-19 pandemic. On the other hand, the use of intelligent computing and technology such as generative AI started to evolve as mature tools for teaching and learning. In ISET 2024, we would timely explore this topic in the perspective of educational technology.
Under the theme Technological Innovations: Intelligent Computing in Education, ISET 2024 aims to provide a platform for knowledge exchange and experience sharing among researchers and practitioners in the field. Original papers reporting advances and innovations in educational technology are welcome. The topics of interests include, but not limited to:
Original papers should be written in English and submitted by 31 January 2024 18 March 2024 (final). Your paper should follow the IEEE's two-column proceedings format in 4 to 5 pages for regular papers, and 2 to 3 pages for short papers. The Symposium Proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society CPS (to be confirmed, which will be submitted to the IEEE Xplore, IEEE CSDL and EI indexing). Best/Excellent Paper Awards will be granted to authors of papers with exceptional merits. Authors of selected good papers will be invited to submit extended papers with substantial new contents to Sustainablity Special Issue "Sustainable Inspiration of Flexible Education - Second Edition" (SCIE and SSCI indexed), SN Computer Science (Springer) (Scopus-indexed) and Journal of Educational Technology Development and Exchange (USM) (Scopus-indexed).
